CAFETERIA

Money Collection Policies

  1. The cafeteria uses a computerized Point-of-Sale system.  Student accounts are accessed with a bar coded roster.  Students give their name to the cafeteria employee at the end of the serving line instead of money.
  2. Advance payments are made for meals and extras.  Payments should be made by check or money order.  Checks should be made out to RASD CAFETERIA.  The student's first and last name must be included with every payment.  Payments can be made daily, weekly or monthly.  Payments will be collected every morning by homeroom teachers.  NO MONEY WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING MEAL SERVICE.
  3. Checks returned for insufficient funds will result in an additional charge of $10.
  4. Parents can set a limit on the amount of money students may spend each day.  This can be done by contacting the school cafeteria.
  5. Statements of account transactions will be provided monthly. If parents would like additional statements, they may contact the school cafeteria.
